  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) may be non-returnable unless defective.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Ø­gender is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • All return or refund requests must strictly comply with our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated therein.
