Return & Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY Please review product details, sizing charts, and colors carefully before placing your order. International orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of international transit and the significant costs involved.
2. RETURNS BY CUSTOMER REQUEST If you still wish to request a return for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), please note the following:
- Submission: Requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of delivery and require our prior authorization.
- Customer Responsibility: Once approved, the customer is responsible for all return costs, including international postage, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS We take full responsibility for our mistakes. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement in the following cases:
- Items arrived defective or damaged.
- Wrong item/size/color shipped by our warehouse.

4. REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
